1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility
- Only stitched dresses in unused, unwashed, and original condition are eligible.
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
- Sale items and customized orders are non-returnable.
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@muarej.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please include your order number and reason for return.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange only. Cash refunds are not available.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or credit.
